This was my first waxing experience and I was very nervous about the process but Carol explained everything she was doing along the way and made me feel very comfortable. We talked the whole time and she really put my mind at ease. The next day she even checked in to make sure everything was to my liking. I highly recommend her for all your waxing needs.
