First brazilian wax today and let me tell you the experience was absolutely amazing! Emma was amazing, so kind, understanding, pateint and explained everything so well. The energy in the room was comfortable and she never made me feel bad about any part of my body! When I tell you they 100 percent made a new regular today I mean that with my soul. Carol was so warm, kind and helpful. She made me comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. I was only there for an eyebrow wax but she made me feel just as important as other clients who would be spending much more. When I told her I had used Retin-A two days prior, she explained how waxing could cause skin damage so she did a patch test first before we proceeded. I appreciated her taking extra steps to make sure I had the best experience. She took her time with my brows and they looked great. I will definitely be back!
