I loved my experience here! The service was great, the atmosphere was nice, and Carol was very thorough. Initially, I was nervous, however, that quickly started to fade once I entered the door and started talking with Carol. She’s very down to earth and made sure I was comfortable (as much as I possibly could be) before, during, and after the waxing process. Whether you ask questions or not, she is very informative on skin care and the techniques she uses. You can tell she is passionate about her work, as well as her clients comfort and satisfaction.

I got my first Brazilian wax (and every Brazilian after that) from Carol. She is amazing. She makes you feel so comfortable and explains every step…plus she is really easy to talk with so it takes your mind off the waxing. The results from the wax are beautiful! So hair free, no bumps or irritation. Plus the hair that grows back is much more sparse and finer. I highly recommend the Waxpert Girl—best wax in statesville and the surrounding areas!

This was my first time getting anything but my eyebrows waxed. Carol gave me a Brazilian and waxed my lower legs for my vacation to the beach this year. She was personable, hilarious, professional, and very thorough when it came to asking about my medical/personal background to ensure she was giving me the best service possible.. She really knows her stuff and had no problem answering any questions I had. Not once did I ever feel uncomfortable around her and she keeps her business clean! After the service she went as far as to check up on me the following day to ensure there wasn’t any issues. I will definitely be returning to her in the future! Because she is new to the area, I would highly recommend everyone to make an appointment with her before her schedule gets booked up! I don’t see a professional like her having many availabilities as she does now within the next 6 months to a year. Get your wax done with the Waxpert while you can!!
