This was my first body waxing experience in 15 years. I was nervous. I was concerned it would be painful. Carol made me feel completely comfortable from the second I walked in the door. She talked to me the entire time, which kept my mind occupied. She was quick. She was comforting, and the entire process was almost painless ! I am so happy with my results. I'm not sure where to begin, other than to say that Miss Carol is an absolute gem. I've waxed for years (on myself as well as others) & Carol made it as pleasant as anyone ever could. This type of waxing is very intimate & embarrassing, but Carol made it as comfortable as possible. I, myself, being a beauty service provider for 25 years, I can't say when I've ever had a better experience. You will not be disappointed when you go see her. My advice is to get on her client list & schedule ASAP because she is going to blow up & have a waiting list very, very soon.

Carol was amazing! I have waxed my entire life and have never had such a wonderful experience. She was respectful, professional, and made sure to do a thorough background check before the appointment to ensure she used the right products and to ensure I wouldn't have an adverse reaction. She educated me on things that could affect my skin (stuff I had no idea about even though I've been waxing forever). Above all else, her gentleness was REMARKABLE. I was blown away. No rough tugging, slapping or any of the ridiculous things other estheticians do to distract you from the pain. My skin is happy, and so am I! Definitely recommend :)
